Sit!

Sitting unsupported is a great milestone to meet! This past weekend William sat on the beach and played with a couple toys without the help of a Boppy, pillow, Bumbo, etc. The video below is William showing off his new sitting skills today while playing with his new singing dog. Matt is so over this dog's song! :)

Sprouting a tooth

We got a tooth sprouting! His first one. William's bottom right tooth was spotted this afternoon. I haven't noticed any changes in his day to day to indicate a tooth was coming in... not unusually cranky, waking up in the middle of the night, fever, etc. He drools every now and then, and of course, puts everything in his mouth to chew on always, so not something new for us. I'll be interested to see how he acts over the next couple days as it really breaks through!  

He says it's much more impressive in person.

Naughty Boy!

I looked at the monitor this morning when I woke up to see William quietly playing with something in his crib. We don't leave anything in his crib and I couldn't see what was in his hands. Walk in and look what Big Willie Style managed to do! Pulled his airplane mobile down for a little morning activity! Time to drop the crib down a notch.
